Having to make an insurance claim means that a client has already suffered a loss and possibly been through a difficult time as well.  Gauntlet understands the strains and stresses that surround a claim and does all it can to make the handling of the claim as seamless and easy as possible.

If you do come to make a claim, your first port of call will be your dedicated account manager, who will take the details from you and then manage the claims process on your behalf, keeping you informed of updates and the current status of your claim.  The aim will be to settle it as soon as possible and ensure that all relevant details are submitted with the claim, so that this can happen.

This process will be explained to you when you become a Gauntlet client, ensuring that you can swiftly provide all the necessary paperwork whenever you need to do so.
